| Are we both on the same page about what a cold weld is? Where the base metal didn't melt enough to allow a good cross-section of material to bond properly is how I understood it and most of that looks perfect. Maybe you're referring to the intercooler closeup? If so, I think that the material differences give the appearance of the weld "floating" but none of that stuff looks "cold" or crappy. T0M can probably better explain it though.
